Maya Charles

Maya is a junior at the University of Miami, pursuing degrees in Public Health and Criminology with a minor in health management and policy. Last summer, she interned at ONETrack International, focusing on reuniting and stabilizing orphans through extended family members in developing nations and war-stricken countries. Additionally, she works part-time at UM’s Department of Sociology and Criminology, where her responsibilities include event coordination, special projects, and content creation for social media. Maya also serves as the secretary of her Phoenyx A Cappella on campus and contributes as a writer and News journalist for the school paper.
